Remote Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center

About the role

Randstad is partnering with a Fortune 500 healthcare provider to staff a remote call‑center team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will interact directly with members, helping them understand and choose the best healthcare options available to them.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with members and educate them on facility, screening, and treatment options.
• Conduct research on individual cases, contact physician offices, and make outbound calls.
• Answer inbound member calls and address their inquiries promptly.
• Track and report system errors in an expedient manner.
• Self‑report performance metrics regularly.
• Handle care‑management requests from patients, physicians, or imaging centers.
• Investigate certification‑process issues and forward them to the appropriate parties.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
