Remote Customer Service Representative ($17-$19/hr)

About the role

This remote position supports a high‑volume contact centre, handling inbound calls from customers in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. The representative will provide professional assistance on loyalty program questions, account issues, product information, and resolve concerns efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls while adhering to client‑specific service guidelines.
• Maintain high call volume while meeting performance targets.
• Stay updated on loyalty program rules, product details, promotions, and process changes.
• Use internal systems, tools, and AI‑powered agent‑assist technology to deliver accurate support.
• Resolve issues promptly, de‑escalate when needed, and follow escalation procedures for complex cases.
• Collaborate with team leaders, coaches, and peers to stay aligned and supported.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional tone.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a proactive customer‑care mindset.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Quiet home workspace with a strong internet connection.
