Remote Contact Center Representative (Medical Record Retrieval)

About the role

Advantmed is hiring Remote Contact Center Representatives for its Record Retrieval department. You will work from home, making verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to help collect patient medical records, and scheduling appointments for record retrieval. The role is long-term seasonal (6+ months), with paid training and continuous coaching from experienced trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day verification and follow-up calls with healthcare providers to collect patient records.
• Schedule appointments with providers for record collection and record retrieval.
• Resolve issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication.
• Handle a high volume of outgoing calls.
• Follow additional instructions as project and business needs evolve.
• Maintain a professional, customer- and team-focused attitude.

Required profile

• Ideally 2+ years of call center experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Availability to attend video training.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Own Windows-based computer or laptop with high-speed internet and an Ethernet connection, plus a reliable power backup.
• Eligible to work and perform duties within the United States.

Required skills

• Use of MS Office tools to streamline tasks.
• Outgoing call handling and issue resolution.

What we offer

• Pay of $12-$14 per hour depending on experience.
• Shift hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including a break.
• Paid training and continuous coaching.
