Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

Charm builds revenue systems for growing companies through GTM and BPO, running outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn and building the customer-facing teams behind them. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative you will act as a cold caller, following up on leads with heads of sales, CROs, RevOps leaders and CEOs at scaling and enterprise B2B companies who are frustrated with CRM adoption, data quality and the time their reps lose to admin work.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100 to 200 dials per day, depending on warm lead volume.
• Move quickly on positive replies from outbound into enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads before they reach a sales call.
• Run your own follow-up cadence: who needs a call today, who tomorrow, who next week.
• Keep the CRM accurate; AI tools log call transcripts and draft follow-ups, but the judgment calls are yours.
• Book and hand off qualified opportunities with full context so the closing team is prepared.

Required profile

• 4+ years in SDR/BDR cold calling roles within enterprise sales.
• Organized and self-managing, tracking your pipeline and knowing who to follow up with and when.
• Experience selling sales tech, RevOps tools, CRM or data and AI platforms (strong plus).
• Fluent, confident spoken English, comfortable talking with US business owners and decision makers.
• Genuinely curious about AI and how it is changing sales teams.
• Able to work US time zones Monday to Friday (PST - EST).
