Remote Cold Calling SDR

About the role

Belkins, a leading B2B appointment-setting agency, is looking for an energetic, self-driven Cold Calling SDR who enjoys being on the phone. The main focus is calling decision-makers on behalf of clients and turning conversations into booked appointments. Research, content and the technical side of outreach are handled by the team, so the role suits someone who keeps their own pace and takes "no" in stride.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of cold calls every day across several client projects via the Koncert power dialer, spending most of the day on the phone.
• Reach decision-makers in the US and Europe and turn conversations into booked appointments.
• Adapt the pitch to each client, industry and prospect, handle objections live and follow up until the meeting is on the calendar.
• Use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others) for prospect research, call prep and refining the pitch.
• Track dials, connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, and adjust the approach accordingly.
• Join regular review calls with clients to discuss results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SDR or sales experience with a strong cold-calling background in B2B or B2C.
• Native or near-native English and confidence speaking with US prospects.
• Availability during US business hours (approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM EST).
• Nice to have: experience with a power dialer such as Orum, Kixie, Nooks or Aircall, solid objection handling, metric tracking, parallel project management, disciplined follow-up and CRM hygiene.

Required skills

• Strong cold-calling ability shown in a required roleplay pitch on a practice call.
• AI-first mindset: using AI tools every day and knowing which ones work for sales.

Hiring process

• Cold call roleplay (required, after applying).
• Recruiter interview (30 minutes).
• Hiring manager interview (45-60 minutes).
• Final interview with C-level leadership (45-60 minutes).
