About the role

The Remote Appointment Setter will contact prospective clients by phone, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales and consulting teams. This fully remote position is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy helping businesses grow.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers via telephone to introduce services.
• Verify customer information and availability, then book qualified appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and update the CRM with call outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to ensure a smooth hand‑off.
• Meet daily scheduling and activity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking with new people.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow‑up abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and a reliable internet connection with a home office setup.
