About the role
We are seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to provide accurate data entry and administrative support from home. The role supports client communication and ensures data integrity for our nationwide remote‑work program.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data with high accuracy, maintaining a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Perform tasks using a phone, laptop, or desktop computer.
- Communicate with clients via email as required.
- Maintain focus and avoid distractions during work hours.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
Required profile
- Resident of the United States, at least 16 years old.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
Required skills
- Typing (minimum 30 wpm).
- Basic PC skills.
