About the role

We are seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to provide accurate data entry and administrative support from home. The role supports client communication and ensures data integrity for our nationwide remote‑work program.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter data with high accuracy, maintaining a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Perform tasks using a phone, laptop, or desktop computer.
  • Communicate with clients via email as required.
  • Maintain focus and avoid distractions during work hours.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.

Required profile

  • Resident of the United States, at least 16 years old.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Basic written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.

Required skills

  • Typing (minimum 30 wpm).
  • Basic PC skills.
