About the role
The Data Entry Assistant supports the organization’s software‑driven data management by ensuring that information entered into databases is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date. This position plays a key part in maintaining reliable data that drives decision‑making across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into the company database with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Follow data confidentiality guidelines and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; data‑management certification is a plus.
- Experience in data entry or similar administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with database systems and data‑management software.
