Remote Account Receivable Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Remote Account Receivable Manager to oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, ensure timely collections, and keep accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow‑up, and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze receivable data and provide regular reports to management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
