Relationship Banker

Associated Bank is looking for a Relationship Banker in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The role involves building relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, processing transactions and introducing solutions that help customers reach their financial goals. Key responsibilities

• Process transactions efficiently and deliver outstanding customer service
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support customers' financial wellness
• Open new accounts and build lasting relationships through personalized service
• Partner with insurance, mortgage and other specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions
• Support branch operations and compliance, following all policies and regulations
• Take part in the Banker Roadmap program, completing training milestones and certification requirements
• Educate customers on digital banking options and promote bank offerings through community and in-store outreach

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience
• Banking, financial services or retail sales experience preferred
• A credit check is required under Regulation Z (Truth in Lending)
