Regulatory Risk & AI Governance Lead (Fintech, US)

About the role

INEXOR is looking for a Regulatory Risk & AI Governance Lead to oversee legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for its AI‑driven fintech products in the United States. The role ensures that AI systems, mobile apps, and financial workflows meet all applicable U.S. regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated outputs and product features for compliance with U.S. financial and technology regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance on legal and regulatory obligations affecting AI‑powered fintech applications.
• Interpret and advise on SEC, FINRA, consumer protection, and payments regulations.
• Support product and engineering teams throughout planning, development, testing, release, and scaling phases.
• Advise on compliance risks related to mobile apps, APIs, third‑party integrations, and data handling.
• Develop governance standards, internal policies, and risk‑control mechanisms.
• Monitor regulatory changes and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Prepare compliance documentation such as disclosures, policies, user agreements, and legal notices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Technology Policy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and U.S. fintech laws.
• Experience in fintech, digital finance, SaaS platforms, AI products, or regulated technology environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy, consumer protection, payment regulations, and enterprise risk management.
