Legal Analyst

About the role

This remote‑friendly Legal Analyst position supports a fast‑paced legal operations environment within a growing organization. You will work closely with legal and compliance professionals to manage workflows, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake, organization, and tracking of legal requests and matters from initiation through resolution.
• Maintain and improve internal trackers, logs, reporting systems, and databases for legal operations and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports, trend analyses, and operational summaries related to legal department activities.
• Assist with contract lifecycle management, including execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Support legal counsel with document preparation for subpoenas, discovery requests, and other proceedings.
• Document departmental processes, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Ensure accurate data management, administrative organization, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed and reside in an eligible U.S. state.
