Registered Respiratory Therapist – Neuro Expansion

About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute to provide respiratory care for complex neurological patients in a new state‑of‑the‑art facility. The position works three 10‑hour night shifts, supporting patients across multiple specialties on the Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, treat and monitor patients with respiratory insufficiencies and a variety of lung diseases.
• Direct respiratory caregivers and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform advanced respiratory modalities, medication administration, blood‑gas puncture and analysis.
• Document and communicate patient conditions, and educate patients and families about illness and community resources.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and Ohio Respiratory Care Professional licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications (or equivalent).
• Provide diploma or transcripts upon request.
