About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Ancillary Wound Care team at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida. You will provide comprehensive wound management for patients with acute and chronic wounds, delivering compassionate care throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
Document and communicate patients’ conditions, and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate discharge needs and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Registered Nurse licensure.
Acute care nursing experience, preferably with wound care or wound vac exposure.
