Registered Nurse – Vascular Clinic (Full‑Time)

About the role

This position acts as a leader in the provision of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN will delegate, direct and assist licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes and supporting the company's philosophy of nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for patients, families and interdisciplinary groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources (human and fiscal) and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Adapts behavior to respect patient privacy, cultural diversity, and individual communication preferences.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No prior experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
