About the role

The RN Unit Manager leads nursing staff on a day‑shift schedule (7 am‑3 pm, Monday‑Friday) in a healthcare facility, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

Supervise nursing assistants, LVNs/LPNs and other staff, overseeing daily nursing care.
Interview, hire, train and assign work to nursing personnel.
Implement and review nursing procedures, policies and resident rights.
Utilize PCC and Point Click Care systems for documentation and care coordination.

Required profile

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state.
BSN preferred; at least two years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum six months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.
Ability to plan, organize and lead quality‑care initiatives.
