Senior Delivery Lead – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced RCM Senior Delivery Lead to oversee back‑end revenue cycle management services for health‑care provider clients. The role focuses on delivering billing, claims submission, denials management and related functions while collaborating with both on‑site and remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day‑to‑day client relationship lead for managed services engagements, leading governance forums and executive steering committees.
• Oversee delivery performance across patient access, billing, accounts receivable, collections, denials management and cash posting, establishing and reporting on key operational indicators.
• Partner with US and offshore delivery leaders to ensure effective execution of processes, resource planning, capacity forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives through process redesign, automation, workflow optimization and technology enablement.
• Provide leadership and coaching to operational managers, support talent development and foster a culture of accountability and client service.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in health‑care revenue cycle operations, managed services or outsourcing environments.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale revenue cycle operations with responsibility for performance and financial outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing escalations, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, and delivering client‑focused solutions.
