Registered Nurse (RN) – Patient Care Specialist

About the role

Accolade Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality patient care in a compassionate environment. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support patients and their families throughout the care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify patient care needs by building rapport with patients and support systems.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Establish care goals, educate patients on conditions, medications, and self‑care.
• Monitor health outcomes, adjust care plans, and ensure adherence to therapeutic standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow infection‑control, medication, and controlled‑substance policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
