Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in‑home care to adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. The role can be full‑time, part‑time, or per diem, offering a $2,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time hires.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations on a tablet.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills and experience using tablet devices for documentation.
