Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health and Hospice Administrator

About the role

AdvisaCare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to act as Home Health and Hospice Administrator, a leadership role shaping the future of its Hospice Division. The position leads multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams and drives growth while keeping the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and compassion
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
• Develop and mentor leadership staff
• Partner with executive leadership to advance the organization's mission and vision

Required profile

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of home health and hospice experience
• Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
• Seasoned hospice and end-of-life care leader comfortable with complexity and change
