PRN Home Health Registered Nurse

About the role

AdvisaCare is looking for compassionate, skilled PRN (as needed) Home Health Registered Nurses to provide nursing care in patients' homes. The role suits nurses who want flexible scheduling to balance work with their personal life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to patients in their homes on an as-needed basis
• Develop and implement individualized care plans according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards

Required profile

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum one year of home health nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs
• CPR certification required; must pass background check and drug screening
