Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care – Nights

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, providing one‑on‑one home care during night shifts. You will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to clients of all ages, including those requiring advanced interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct, private‑duty nursing care to a single client per night shift.
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator support when required.
• Document patient information using electronic charting (Statewise).
• Coordinate assignments to match clients with nurses living nearby, minimizing commute times.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certification.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
