Licensed Practical Nurse (LNP) – Home Care – Weekend Nights

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home care services on weekend nights for pediatric and adult clients in Mercer County, NJ. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work one‑to‑one with clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care, including advanced procedures such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, to home‑bound clients.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise and coordinate with 24/7 on‑call clinical support.
• Provide compassionate, one‑to‑one care while building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR certification.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
