Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift 3pm‑11pm

About the role

This full‑time Registered Nurse position works the evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm, including every other weekend. The RN will provide direct patient care, supervise staff, and ensure quality outcomes in a residential care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise patient‑care tasks for staff.
• Evaluate staff performance, conduct disciplinary actions, and complete performance reviews.
• Communicate patient information across shifts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.

Required profile

• Current, active, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Knowledge of age‑specific resident care and relevant nursing regulations.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to handle interactions with residents, families, and external agencies professionally.
• Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
