About the role
Join BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing team in Middlesex County, New Jersey, providing private‑duty care to clients ranging from infants to older adults. You will work one‑on‑one with a client in their home, delivering compassionate, high‑quality nursing care.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to the client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state.
Required skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring.
- Clinical documentation and record‑keeping.
