Certified In-Home Caregiver (CNA License Required)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide recurring in‑home care shifts in the Monroe area. You will support adults with daily living activities, household tasks, and companionship while following a nurse‑written care plan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage proper nutrition.
• Guide range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience in a caregiving role.
• Successful completion of a recognized CNA training program and current certification.
• Strong passion for private home care and a commitment to quality, compassionate service.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes and maintain reliable attendance.
