About the role
This position provides one‑on‑one home care for pediatric or geriatric clients in the West Valley area. The RN will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in a private‑duty setting.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home and provide care according to a self‑selected schedule.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining autonomy in the home environment.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Trach experience preferred but not required.
Required skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring.
- Documentation of clinical observations and interventions.
