Home Care LPN – 1:1 Private Duty in Maricopa County

About the role

This is a 1:1 home care position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing private‑duty care to pediatric or geriatric clients in Maricopa County. You will work independently in a client’s home, delivering compassionate, high‑quality nursing care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a single client’s home per shift and follow a self‑selected schedule.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care, while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a current Arizona LPN license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working as an LPN; trach experience preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to perform tracheostomy care and related procedures.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and assessment reporting.
