Key responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
• Manage daily front‑ and back‑office operations to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Monitor sales trends, conversion rates, and revenue goals; coordinate marketing activities with third‑party vendors and coach the sales team.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of supplies and services.
• Champion patient satisfaction, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and cared for throughout their journey.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience leading clinical and administrative teams, preferably in healthcare, dental, or wellness settings.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience with 20+ direct and indirect reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leading with empathy and confidence.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• A passion for patient satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

What we offer

• Base salary $95,000 – $110,000 (based on experience) with bonus opportunity.
