Registered Nurse – Resident Care & Quality Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality medical care and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for our residents. The RN will work closely with the nurse manager to oversee clinical documentation, medication safety, and resident well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in line with Texas Board of Nursing guidelines.
• Audit T‑logs, GERS, immunizations, medication orders, distribution, storage, and quarterly assessments.
• Conduct weekly Medication Administration Record (MAR) audits and real‑time documentation in the PCC system.
• Respond promptly to injuries, illnesses, and on‑call coverage for 24/7 Nurse on Duty rotations.
• Prepare and distribute weekend communication summaries and attend multidisciplinary meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with reasonable accommodations per the ADA.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems (e.g., PCC).
• Medication ordering and audit procedures.
• Immunization documentation and supply inventory management.
