Registered Nurse (PRN) – Night Shift

About the role

Join Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health as a Registered Nurse (PRN) on the night shift. You will provide critical nursing care in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven recovery center focused on substance‑use treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake: perform focused assessments, collect vital signs, and complete drug screenings.
• Maintain accurate documentation: generate and audit Medication Administration Records (MARs) and support Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols.
• Adapt between direct patient care and light administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor patient progress, flag concerns early, and follow through on interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing clear, decisive leadership toward outcome‑focused care.

Required profile

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong communication, triage, and time‑management abilities.
• Empathetic yet realistic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
