Registered Nurse – $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health in Pawnee, Oklahoma. This full‑time position offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and the chance to support individuals recovering from substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments on admission and throughout treatment.
• Monitor patient health status, withdrawal symptoms, and response to therapy.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and maintain controlled‑substance records.
• Support Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and recovery staff.
• Document clinical care accurately and comply with Joint Commission and state licensing standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Oklahoma RN license (or ability to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and critical‑thinking skills.
