Clinical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient Services

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health, partnering with Ascension Recovery Services, to deliver inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services in Pawnee, OK. The role involves direct client care, crisis intervention, and contributing to program development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient admissions, conduct assessments, and develop preliminary treatment plans.
• Provide clinical intervention during client crises and address emergent needs.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, clinical notes, and master treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions as assigned.
• Review client records for quality, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Perform additional duties to support facility operations and program success.

Required profile

• Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); candidates in licensure process may be considered.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Approved to supervise clinical staff.
• Minimum two years of experience working with substance use and/or mental health populations.
