About the role

The RN-Clinic position provides direct patient care in Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, leading a compassionate, inclusive team to deliver exceptional care.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members to achieve quality outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, adapting communication to diverse cultural and religious needs.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and Ochsner’s policies.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
