Registered Nurse – Part‑time Home Health

About the role

BAYADA at Inspira is seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior‑living communities across Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties, NJ. You will work independently within an interdisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality care that helps residents safely remain at home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Perform scheduled home visits throughout designated senior‑living communities.
• Provide acute and post‑acute care, including management of CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post‑surgical needs.
• Triage urgent clinical situations and make real‑time decisions in the home setting.
• Complete medication reconciliation, patient education, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessments, care plans, and point‑of‑care notes accurately.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing (Massachusetts required).
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on experience with adult/geriatric patients in acute, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute, or rehab settings.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate concerns.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs.
