Registered Nurse – Home Health (Part‑Time)

About the role

BAYADA at Inspira is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part‑time home health visits in Gloucester County, New Jersey. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits within designated geographic territories, following each client’s care plan.
• Administer medication, provide wound care, and carry out treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations using a tablet.
• Execute and document doctors’ orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management.

Required profile

• Current NJ Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Proficiency using tablet devices for documentation.
