Certified Home Health Aide – Flexible Shifts

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide one‑on‑one care for clients in the Glassboro area. Training is available for qualified candidates, and both experienced aides and newcomers are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and other household tasks.
• Help with ambulation, transfers, range‑of‑motion exercises and vital sign checks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encourage independence.

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient, dependable and respectful.
• Passionate about helping others and committed to quality care.
• Able to travel to clients' homes and work independently.
• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing (or willingness to obtain).
