New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) Position

About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a New Graduate Registered Nurse and provide one‑on‑one patient care in a supportive home‑health environment. You will receive paid training from day one and work closely with clinical managers to build confidence and competence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care in patients' homes, using electronic charting with CubHub.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to match your availability and ensure around‑the‑clock clinical support.
• Collaborate with award‑winning adult and pediatric simulation labs for ongoing skill development.

Required profile

• Current valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (CubHub).
• Basic life support (CPR) competency.
