Registered Nurse – Outpatient NST Clinic

About the role

The Outpatient NST Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead patient care using the nursing process, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, both human and fiscal.
• Utilize data and evidence‑based information to drive improvements and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate cultural, ethnic, and religious sensitivity in all interactions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Commitment to professional responsibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
