Registered Nurse – Med/Surg & Telemetry (Night Shift)

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its 4D Medical Unit. This night‑shift position provides direct care to adult medical‑surgical patients and those requiring telemetry monitoring, including behavioral health patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, medication administration, and implementation of physician orders.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized patient care plans throughout the care journey.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Document patient status accurately and communicate changes to the care team.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• RN licensure and ability to administer medications and treatments.
