About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for its 4 South Medical Diabetes Unit. This night‑shift position provides direct patient care on a med‑surg unit that also manages insulin drips.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document all observations.
Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge needs, and communicate with physicians.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
RN licensure and ability to administer IV insulin therapy.
