Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Day/Night Rotation)

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital’s 4D Medical Unit, a Magnet‑recognized complex medical and telemetry unit. You will provide high‑quality care to adult patients with diverse diagnoses, including behavioral health patients, in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, including discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.

Required skills

• Direct patient care and assessment.
• Medication administration and documentation.
• Patient education and discharge coordination.
