Registered Nurse – Medical ICU (MICU) – Full‑time

About the role

Texoma Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its Medical ICU (MICU) team. The RN will deliver safe, competent, patient‑centered care in a 414‑bed acute‑care facility serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with facility policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate service excellence and uphold the standards of practice set by nursing associations.
• Participate in patient education, support families, and ensure a safe environment.
• Utilize overtime and flexible shift options as needed.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in Texas.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and professional leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced ICU environment.
