Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (Conrad)

About the role

Logan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a long‑term care setting for adult and geriatric patients. The RN will perform assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct admission assessments and ongoing patient evaluations, documenting findings in the electronic health record.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and ensure proper documentation according to policy.
• Perform nursing procedures such as blood pressure checks, inhalation therapy, catheterization, and dressing changes.
• Obtain authorizations and consents for treatments and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate patient status and education to patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain supply levels, assist with orientation of new staff, and follow infection‑control and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Montana RN license or a multi‑state compact license authorized for Montana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of related nursing experience preferred.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid RN licensure for Montana.
