Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift)

About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System as an ICU Registered Nurse at Lutheran Hospital. You will work night shifts in a 10‑bed critical care unit providing direct patient care for complex medical and surgical cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, implement and update patient care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document physician and nursing orders.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and at least one year of acute‑care RN experience or military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for critical care within the first year.

Required skills

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) for critical care.
