Registered Nurse – Home Health (Weekend Admissions)

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse providing home health visits across Washington and Orange County, Vermont. Work Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm, delivering 1:1 patient care with a focus on work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits in assigned territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as required.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes, and document observations using a tablet EMR system.
• Execute doctors' orders, conduct assessments, and coordinate case management.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Vermont.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer skills for documentation on a touch‑pad tablet.
