Registered Nurse – Home Health Visits (Part‑Time)

About the role

This part‑time Registered Nurse position involves providing 8‑12 home health visits per week across Davidson County and occasionally Williamson County, with visits scheduled between 8:30 am and 5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and execute doctors' orders during home visits.
• Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and other procedures.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document assessments using a tablet.
• Coordinate case management and ensure accurate documentation of observations and interventions.

Required profile

• Current Tennessee RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer skills for tablet‑based documentation.
