About the role

The Service Contracts Operations Manager is a key leader within Customer Services, directing daily operations, ensuring contract and audit compliance, and aligning activities with organizational goals. The role blends people leadership—hiring, developing, and motivating talent—with operational oversight such as KPI setting, fiscal close management, and contract governance, while partnering cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the director in achieving objectives, supporting team morale, and removing barriers while escalating issues as needed.
• Lead, coach, and retain a high‑performing team through workflow guidance, problem solving, hiring, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Oversee SOX controls, audit support, contract review and execution, fiscal close activities, KPI tracking, and adherence to contract policies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to streamline processes, provide training, and address complex issues with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Service Operations and 2+ years in people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in contract management, compliance, financial oversight, and driving operational excellence.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
