Registered Nurse – Full‑time Dayshift

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day‑shift team. You will deliver patient‑centered care, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while working under the guidance of a Charge Nurse.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individualized treatment programs.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and support minor surgical procedures.
• Count and manage controlled substances in accordance with policy.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Communicate patient information to physicians, nursing staff, and supervisory personnel.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum one year of clinic experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking abilities.
